I am a graduate of East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI, and I studied Herbal Medicine at Wildwood Institute in Verona, WI, Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute, and Thai Sports Massage at Legacy Wellness Institute in Appleton, WI. Thai Sports Massage: This service is great for athletes and non athletes alike. If you are looking to get back in the game after a sports injury, or just needing a deeply therapeutic full body mobility and stretching experience to get things moving, give Thai a try. This modality is an ancient healing therapy that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and deep rythmic stretching. Techniques are performed on the mat, as well as the table. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and prepare for a unique and transformative experience.

This service also includes facial cupping and gua sha. Choose between Lavender, Peppermint, or Ginger Oil, and Almond, or Sesame Oil for scalp massage

This service is a 90 minute full body massage that includes Visceral Manipulation, Meridian massage, Acupressure, an abdominal hot stone layout, Ayurvedic oils applied to navel to nourish and balance the body's systems,aid digestion, detoxification, and regeneration of organs.

Cupping: Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. It serves many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage that works deep into the body's fascial system. Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and Acupressure are often included with this service.

Gua Sha: Gua sha is an instrument-assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create light bruising. It removes blood stagnation and produces an anti inflammatory and immune protective effect that persists for days following the treatment. It is responsible for immediate relief from pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, wheeze, nausea and acute and chronic internal disorders. Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and Acupressure are often included with this service.
