My name is Robin Bougie.  I have been a Massage Therapist since 2006.  I am a graduate of East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI, and I studied Herbal Medicine at Wildwood Institute in Verona, WI.  I am passionate about healing and helping you to find balance and comfort in your day to day lives.

Signature Hot Stone Aromatherapy Massage:  90 minute full body massage with customized aromatherapy and hot stones

Facial Rejuvenation Massage:  90 min full body massage with extra time spent on facial massage, utilizing acupressure points and organic rosehip seed oil to moisturize, brighten and even tone, firm skin, fade scars, and reduce wrinkles and acne. This service also includes facial cupping and gua sha.

Hot Stone Massage:  A full body massage using warm stones to melt your muscles and deliver deep relaxation

Chinese Facial Fusion Massage:   A relaxing and rejuvenating facial massage engaging 25 pressure points.  Techniques help tone, uplift, remove tension, reduce facial lines and increase circulation to the face. Facial massage can benefit Bells Palsy, facial tics, eye droop, sinus problems, TMJ issues and can reduce scars.  This service also includes pecs and neck work.

Cupping:  Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.  It serves many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage that works deep into the body's fascial system. Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and Acupressure are often included with this service.

Gua Sha:  Gua sha is an instrument-assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create light bruising.  It removes blood stagnation and produces an anti inflammatory and immune protective effect that persists for days following the treatment.  It is responsible for immediate relief from pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, wheeze, nausea and acute and chronic internal disorders.  Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and Acupressure are often included with this service.

Abhyanga Shirodhara Massage:  A truly decadent experience! This is an ancient Ayurvedic healing technique from India that includes a full body massage that ends with a warm oil drip applied to your Third Eye, to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, ,manage anxiety, and improve sleep quality, while nourishing your skin and hair.
